Apple Developer Account Setup Guide

Estimated Time: 20–30 Minutes (+ Verification wait time) | Cost: $99 USD / Year

🛑 CRITICAL: READ BEFORE STARTING

• Do NOT enroll as an "Individual": You must enroll as a "Company / Organization".

• Website Requirement: Apple requires a functional website with a domain matching your organization (e.g., www.yourcompany.com).

• Legal Authority: The person enrolling must be an owner or executive with the legal authority to sign contracts.

Part 1: Preparation (Apple Account & DUNS)

1. Create a Corporate Apple Account

Go to https://account.apple.com and create a new account.

• Security: You must turn on 2-Factor Authentication.

2. Locate your DUNS Number

• Lookup Tool: https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/

• Sync Period: If you just received your DUNS number, wait 2 to 5 business days before moving to Part 2.

Part 2: Enroll in the Developer Program

1. Start Enrollment

• Web Enrollment: https://developer.apple.com/enroll/

• App Enrollment: Download the Apple Developer App here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/apple-developer/id640199958

2. Select Entity Type

When prompted, select Company / Organization.

3. Organization Details & Payment

• Exact Match: Your Legal Entity Name must match your D&B profile character-for-character.

• Payment: Complete the $99 USD annual fee and enable Auto-Renew.

• Verification Call: Watch for calls from California (408) or Texas (512) over the next few days.

Part 3: Add Bushel to Your Team

Once your account is approved, follow these steps:

1. Add User

1. Log in to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com.

2. Go to Users and Access.

3. Click the blue "+" button and enter:

   • First Name: Bushel

   • Last Name: Admin

   • Email: busheladmin2@bushelpowered.com

   • Roles: Check Admin.

   • Permissions: Ensure "Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles" is checked.

   • Click Invite.

2. Grant API Access (Integrations)

1. In Users and Access, click the Integrations tab at the top.

2. Select App Store Connect API from the left sidebar.

3. Click Request Access.
