How can I pull a Proof of Yield report?

The Proof of Yield report outlines the listing of loads during a specified delivery date. The purpose is to prove what and how much was delivered.

You can generate a Proof of Yield report right from the tickets feature in Customer View. The information shown in the report will include commodity, delivery location, delivery account(s), grade factors, and gross and net weights.

How do I access this feature?

1. Login to the staff portal, then select "Customer View".
   1. You can also navigate directly to Customer View from our CRM when viewing a customer profile.
2. Select the "Tickets" feature in the menu on the left.
3. Filter by date range, commodity, and more to customize your report (optional).
4. Select the "export" option, then select Proof of Yield.
5. A PDF download should begin and you now have your report for this customer!
