- Using your login credentials, sign in to the staff portal
- Under the Payments section on the left side of your screen, select 'Payable'
- Next, click the 'Search for a customer' box at the top of the screen. Enter the desired customer's phone number, name, or account ID in the search bar at the top of the screen. If presented with a list, select the desired customer.
- Select 'Make Payment'
- After completing each field, select 'Review' and double-check that all information is accurate.
- To complete the transaction, select 'Submit'
