How do I ensure that Contracts are including in Profit & Loss calculations?

To associate grain contract details in the Profit & Loss feature:

1. Ensure you have Marketing crops set up in the Marketing feature. Click here to view step by step instructions.
   • Note: setting up Marketing crops and tagging appropriate fields will organize crops and fields in the Profit & Loss feature.
2. Once you have Marketing crops set up, in the app menu, click Contracts.
3. Select a cash grain contract you would like to associate with a Marketing crop.
4. Click Edit or Edit Details.
5. Under Marketing Crop, click the dropdown menu to select the appropriate crop.
6. Click Save.
7. The grain contract details will update the Marketing crop (% marketed, total revenue booked, profit, etc.) as well as the values shown in the Profit & Loss feature.
