eSign Troubleshooting: Contract not Opening in Safari

Issue: If you’re trying to view and sign your contract, Safari may block the PDF from opening in a new window. This happens because the popup blocker is turned on by default.

Follow these steps to allow pop-ups so you can view and sign your contract.

On iPhone or iPad (iOS/iPadOS)

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Apps.
3. Find Safari
4. Under General, toggle Block Pop-ups off.

On a Mac (Safari Desktop)

1. Open Safari.
2. In the top menu, click Safari > Settings (or Preferences on older versions).
3. Go to the Websites tab.
4. In the left-hand menu, select Pop-up Windows. Find our website in the list, then choose Allow from the dropdown.
   1. If you don’t see the website, use the When visiting other websites dropdown at the bottom and select Allow.
