Pending is displayed next to the deposit I just initiated into my Bushel Business Account*. What does that mean?

A transfer is initiated and starts off as “Pending” to indicate the money has yet to leave your bank or is en route to its destination. Upon successful completion of the transfer, the status will be changed to “Complete”.
