The new Customer List feature provides a comprehensive view of your entire book of business, offering more transparency and better search capabilities than the previous "My Customers" view. Whether you are looking for your own accounts, checking on a teammate's customer, or hunting for unassigned leads, this feature is your centralized hub.
Key Improvements
Unlike the old "My Customers" tool, which limited your view to only your assigned accounts, the Customer List allows you to see every customer in the system. This helps prevent duplicate entries and improves team collaboration.
🔍 Searching for Customers
You can search for a customer using several different identifiers. The search bar is located at the top of the list and supports:
Name: First or last name of the contact.
Account ID/Name: The unique ID or name of the business account(s) linked to the customer.
Phone Number: Search by any digits included in their profile.
Email Address: Full or partial email matches.
🛠 Customer Filters
The Customer List introduces flexible filters to help you drill down to the exact data you need.
Tip: Search and filters work together. For example, you can filter by "Unassigned" and then search for a specific name to see if a customer needs an account manager assigned.
| Filter Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| My Customers | A quick-toggle button that instantly narrows the list to only accounts assigned to you. |
| Assigned To | A dropdown menu that allows you to see customers assigned to specific account managers on your team. |
| Unassigned | Found within the "Assigned To" menu, this shows any customers who currently do not have an account manager. |
💡 Frequently Asked Questions
Where did "My Customers" go?
It hasn’t disappeared! It is now a Quick Filter within the main Customer List. Additionally, your name will appear in the "Assigned To" dropdown list if you prefer to filter that way.
Can I see who is managing a specific account?
Yes. By using the "Assigned To" filter or looking at the assignment column in the full list, you can see exactly which teammate is handling a customer before you reach out.
