How do I access the Proof of Yield report?

Quickly pull the Proof of Yield report for easy insight into what you delivered to your Bushel-powered elevator.

The Proof of Yield Report is a listing of loads during a specified delivery date. The purpose of the report is to prove what was delivered; other information on the report includes commodity, delivery location, delivery account(s), grade factors, and gross and net weights.

1. The report can be accessed in your customer portal
2. On the main menu, select Scale Tickets
3. Select the desired Date Range; you'll be presented with preset options such as Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, and more. If you are looking for a custom date range, follow the instructions below:

4. Select the Date Range drop-down and click the start date of your range; your selection will be highlighted in blue. 

5. After clicking on the first date of your range, use the arrows to navigate to the last day of your range and click on the end date; your end date will be highlighted in blue and your date range will be highlighted in light blue.

6. Select Set and click the Export button

7. Select the “Proof of Yield” option and the report is downloaded in the same format as other CSV exports.

The report is generated as a PDF to ensure it is clear to read and can be used to share with other parties such as your insurance company. 

How to export the Proof of Yield report on your mobile device

1. Log in to the customer portal on your mobile device
2. On the left menu, select Scale Tickets
3. On the right side, select Export
4. Select Proof of Yield, then select Export
   
5. Depending on your device, you can select where you would like the PDF to be sent
