You may occasionally receive an automated email from Apple with a subject line like "Your Distribution Certificate is Expiring." We understand this can be confusing, but the good news is no action is required from you.
These emails can be safely disregarded.
Why you received this email and what it means:
- Whenever your app is released or updated on the Apple App Store, a new distribution certificate is generated to allow Apple to review and approve the release.
- This certificate has an expiration date. Apple automatically sends a warning email when this date approaches.
- For your app, an expired distribution certificate does not affect your app's functionality, performance, or availability on the App Store. Your customers can still download and use the app as usual.
When Bushel releases the next update for your app, a new distribution certificate will be automatically generated as part of that process.
