Your Apple Developer account allows Bushel to publish and update your custom mobile app on the App Store. If your account expires or a payment fails, we cannot push new features or security updates to your farmers, and Apple WILL remove your app from the App Store if you have not renewed in 30 days.
Prerequisites
You must be the Account Holder for your organization's Apple Developer program.
Have your Apple ID and password ready.
Ensure you have a valid credit card for the annual renewal fee.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Apple Developer Program website and sign in using your organization's Account Holder's Apple ID credentials.
Look for a banner at the top of the screen stating your membership has expired or is nearing expiration.
Click the Renew Membership button within that banner.
Review your organization's information to ensure everything is current.
Enter your payment details to complete the purchase.
Verify that your account status now shows as Active.
⚠️ Note: Bushel usually has Admin access to your account to manage builds, but only the Account Holder can authorize payments and renewals.
Troubleshooting
Payment Failed: Check that your credit card is not expired and has a valid billing address. Apple often requires the card to be associated with the same country as the account.
Missing "Renew" Button: If you do not see a renewal option, your account might still be in a grace period, or you may not be signed in as the primary Account Holder.
Two-Factor Authentication: Apple requires 2FA for all developer accounts. Ensure you have access to the trusted device associated with the Apple ID.

Summary
Renewing your account ensures your farmers have uninterrupted access to your mobile tools. Once you complete these steps, please notify your Bushel representative so we can resume app updates.
